Warranty

1. To make product exchanges, the customer has eight (8) calendar days.
2. Only exchanges are made for products in good condition without signs of use or mistreatment, and including the warranty card or invoice.
3. Exchanges are made for a product of equal value, or to provide the surplus. Subject to the products we have available.
4. In any of the previous cases, the customer must present the warranty card or invoice that is given to them at the time of purchase.
5. Remember that, when requesting an exchange or return of any product, the shipping cost will be assumed by the customer. (For online purchases)
6. No refunds are provided.
